　　新华网俄罗斯圣彼得堡6月17日电 第十五届圣彼得堡国际经济论坛17日在俄罗斯圣彼得堡举行开幕式，中国国家主席胡锦涛出席并发表重要演讲。

　　胡锦涛在演讲中阐述了对解决世界经济发展中重大问题的看法。

　　圣彼得堡国际经济论坛是独联体及中东欧地区最大的经济论坛，创办于1997年。本届论坛重点讨论新兴经济体对全球经济增长的作用，探讨俄罗斯及世界面临的重大问题。本届论坛于6月16日至18日举行，邀请4000多名政界、商界、学术界、民间团体和媒体代表与会。

　　胡锦涛结束了在莫斯科的访问活动后，当天早些时候乘坐专机抵达圣彼得堡。
