　　中新网3月23日电 据台湾“中央社”报道，马英九办公室22日说，林毅夫如果返台到案，将由军法机关依台湾法律办理，没有模糊空间，也没有任何例外。

　　林毅夫妻子陈云英日前曾说，一家人想回台湾看看。对林毅夫若返台的法律问题，马英九办公室22日晚间表示，林毅夫目前仍由台军高等军事法院检察署通缉中，若返台到案，将由军法机关依法律办理，没有模糊空间，也没有任何例外。

　　台军方负责人高华柱22日赴台湾立法机构涉外及防务事务会议备询时，针对林毅夫案强调，台军方对此事没有模糊空间，届时若解释改变，他会辞职负责。

　　据了解，林毅夫原名林正义，1979年5月由金门游到厦门，一旦返台将面临台湾地区“陆海空军刑法”调查与审判。台军方负责人高华柱14日在台湾立法机构答询时指，林毅夫是“继续犯”，依照台军方现行政策，如林毅夫返台，将以“现行犯”处置，台军方对此事政策从未改变。
