¡¡¡¡Curriculum Vitae of Mr. Luo Zongyi

¡¡¡¡Luo Zongyi was born in Guilin, Guangxi Province in 1957 and joined the Communist Party of China in 1974. He is currently Member of the School Committee, Director General of the General Administrative Affairs Office, Research Fellow, and Spokesperson of the Party School of CPC Central Committee (CCPS).

¡¡¡¡In 1974, he went to live and settle as an intellectual youth in the countryside in Guilin, Guangxi Province to be Vice Secretary-General of the Committee of China Communist Youth League of the Community there. In 1976, he began to work as Secretary-General of the Youth League Branch in Guilin Agricultural Medicine Machinery Factory.

¡¡¡¡From 1978 to 1982, he studied in Sun Yat-Sen University majoring in Philosophy. From 1982 after his graduation, he taught in Central College for Nationalities. In 1985, he began to work in the Dept. of Training Program in CCPS as Deputy Director, Director, and Deputy Director General; since 1999, he has been working in the Dept. of Teaching Affairs in CCPS as Deputy Director General, Director General; since 2003, he works as Director General of the General Administrative Affairs Office of CCPS.

¡¡¡¡During 1993 to 1994, he took a temporary position as Assistant to the Mayor in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. From 1996 to 1999, he studied as on-job graduate student in the Graduate School of CCPS majoring in law.

¡¡¡¡Curriculum Vitae of Mr. Yan Jianqi

¡¡¡¡Yan Jianqi, was born in Beijing in 1954 with native place in Qi county in Shanxi province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1975. He graduated from the Department of CPC History at the Second Branch of Renmin University of China. In 1983, he began to work at the Party Literature Research Centre of the CPC Central Committee as a confidential secretary and a deputy division chief of the General Department. In 1992, he became division chief, and later assistant to director, deputy director, and director of the Dengxiaoping Research Department. In 1998, he became a professor of editorship. In October 2007 he assumed the position of Deputy Secretary General of the centre and in July 2009 Member of leading party group. In February 2010, he took the concurrent post of Secretary General of the centre. He enjoys special government allowance granted by the State Council.
