¡¡¡¡Yang Yi was born in 1965 in Chongqing. He is Director General of the Information Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee (Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council) and the Spokesperson of the office. Since 1988, he worked for Chinese Senior Journal, Xinhua News Agency (Hong Kong Branch) and Taiwan Affairs Office. He joined the CPC in May 1985. From 1985 to 1988, he studied for a master¡¯s degree in history at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and from 1981 to 1985, a bachelor¡¯s degree in History at Peking University.

¡¡¡¡FAN Liqing was born in 1955 in Fujian Province. She is Deputy Director General of the Information Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee (Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council) and spokesperson of the office. From 1983 to 2006, she worked for Xinhua News Agency as a journalist, senior journalist and deputy director of Hong Kong &Taiwan Department of Xinhua. She has worked for Taiwan Affairs Office since July 2006. She joined the CPC in March 1987. She studied for her bachelor¡¯s degree from 1979 to 1983 at Xiamen University.
